Mission Motos Terms and Conditions
Mission Motos Minimum Order Policy :
- Any order from from any Authorised Dealer is welcome.There is no minimum order.
- Free Shipping on Approved Dealer Pack Purchase. Note: (Dealer Packs can be adjusted to fit individual Dealer needs. Talk to us.)
- Free Shipping on any order containing Micatech or Caribou Lugage systems with a total above £3000
- Free Shipping on any Marsee only order above £500 (excluding Micatech and Caribou Products). Free Shipping on orders over £745 on mixed Helen Two Wheels and Marsee orders.
- Free Shipping on any order above £300 after attainment of £10,000 annual order level.in any given year for any given year.
There are two levels of dealer status; Authorised Dealer and Authorised Stocking Dealer - details below:
Mission Motos Authorised Dealers must meet the following operational requirements:

Actual facility conducting in person retail sales and meeting minimum appearance and convenience standards.

Signed agreement to Mission Motos Minimum Advertised Price(M.A.P.) Policy.

An Order Placement of Mission Motos Products for retail Sale from dealer facility.
- Authorised dealers recieve Sales and Service training as available.
- Full Warranty Service and Administration.
- Stock Swap Service as needed.
Mission Motos Authorised Stocking Dealers recieve special terms and conditions and must meet above standards as well as any one of the following conditions during any given calendar year

A one time order of over £3000.

A minimum of £3000 in orders during any 6 month period.

£6000 in orders during a 1 year period.
Authorised Stocking Dealers receive:

On demand Sales and Service training .
-
On demand In-store Merchandising Assistance.

On Site retail demonstration and sales assistance at any dealer hosted special events (Open Houses, Club Events etc.).

Dealer location listing and referral service on Mission Motos website.

Custom Google and Yahoo Ads running to point traffic to Mission Motos Accessories Websites and additional Non Accessory Mission Moto Websites.
Mission Motos Stock Swap
- Mission Motos will swap any ordered product for another Mission Motos Product(s) of equal or greater invoiced value, provided stock is in re-sale condition. Mission Motos reserves the right to evaluate sales training and marketing of any product prior to swap and may suggest further mutually agreed sales training and /or marketing change prior to swap. Dealer retains right to request and receive Stock Swap if all above conditions are met.
Mission Motos Warranty Administration:
- Mission Motos provides Factory Backed Warranty Service to all Authorised Dealers. Factory Warranty allows for replacement of any Defective Part(where replaceable) or Product due to Factory Defect. Simply said "Product must work properly as designed in its intended purpose".
- Damage caused by improper installation(by Dealer or end-purchaser is not covered under warranty.
- Damage caused by improper use in any way is not covered by warranty.
- Mission Motos reserves the right to determine above factors and holds final determination as to replacement. In some cases, Factory evaluation may be required to determine Warranty Settlement.
- Shipping costs for products later deemed ineligible for Warranty Claim will not be reimbursed by Mission Motos or Manufacturer unless written permission expressly providing said shipping costs is provided by Mission Motos.
- All returned Products must be accompanied by Return Authorisation(R.A.) # as provided by Mission Motos. RA# does not provide or imply any Warranty Coverage or provide for re-imbursement of shipping costs.RA# simply provides tracking number for warranty claim and Authorisation of Product Return for evaluation..
- Mission Motos will provide written Authorisation via fax or mail for any Warrantee or Shipping Claims to be paid prior to receipt by Mission Motos of returned Merchandise.
